Hockey International utilizes both the 13,500 sq/ft Indoor Soccer/Football Field and the 15,000 square feet, a state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Center for off-ice training.
Fitness Center
Florida's premiere skating facility offers, within its 115,000 square feet, a state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Center. All cardio-vascular and strength training equipment has been carefully selected to meet the needs of our patrons. Whether you are using the health center while your children practice, or you are dedicating time to your personal exercise regimen, our exercise facility will meet all of your expectations.
Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex's Health & Fitness Center is designed for the individual who is interested in maximizing the results from their life. The facility overlooks both ice rinks from our second floor. We have placed the cardiovascular equipment so you can watch events or practices while you workout. This will benefit those who have children, so that they may monitor the progress of their child while he/she skates.
We realize that everyone has different needs and abilities. The Health Center caters to those interested in weight loss, strength conditioning, “sport-specific” training, or overall fitness.
To help you achieve your goals, we also offer personal training. Our certified trainers will tailor a program to meet your specific needs. Each client will receive an initial evaluation, measurements will be taken, and progress will be monitored on a regular basis.
